DRAWING BASIS
The latest apartment drawing controls the bedroom windows and apartment door arrangement. Existing wall dimensions are preserved pending a current dimensioned plan. The B–B section controls stair levels: entrance −0.44 m, ground apartment +0.46 m, turning landing +1.86 m and first-floor apartment +3.26 m.
The stone now uses irregular grey-beige pieces, occasional ochre tones, pale mortar and rough faces, inspired by DAFNİ’s Gökçeada DC House. It is a visual material study; the local stone supplier and final sample remain to be selected. The previous roof hatch/window has been restored. Basement windows have been removed and replaced with solid walls.
Stone wraps the balcony dining walls, the walls around the balcony doors and their reveals. All exposed faces of the balcony column are clad continuously between floors. Stone turns only 18 cm around the adjoining corners, leaving the neighbouring window surrounds plastered. The entrance projection now uses EQUITONE [linea]-inspired cladding: vertical grooves, a neutral mineral-grey tone, subtle shade variation and narrow panel joints. Main walls return to soft off-white, with a dark bronze entrance door and trim. This is a visual approximation; the final colour and groove profile require a physical sample. Ceilings and most slab edges remain light ivory, with sand porcelain balcony floors.
Approximate modeled stone coverage: 33.7 m² across both floors, including column faces and reveals. This replaces the earlier 9.8 m² feature-wall allowance. Final measurements, material thickness, fixing details and ordering allowances remain to be confirmed.
Four slim off-white vertical fins flank the two bedroom window stacks, open at the top and bottom. Each fin is approximately 10 cm wide and projects 15 cm, with a 10 cm gap beside the windows. The ends extend 20 cm above and below each stack. Closed borders and grey infill are removed, revealing the original plaster; slim bronze sills remain. Window sizes and positions are preserved. The same design is used in both apartments. A 90 cm-deep walk-in shower has a fixed panel across half its width, with the other half open. Tile sizes and finishes below are the design proposal.
Identical apartments for four guests each, with one 160 × 200 cm queen bed in each bedroom. Compact wardrobes, luggage benches and open shelves make unpacking easy. A movable sage pouf replaces the armchair, separating the sofa seating from a 110 × 70 cm dining table with two chairs on each long side. Each balcony has dining for four and a compact electric BBQ in place of the outdoor sofa. Light oak, warm white, sage, muted blue and clay give the interiors a simple, natural feel.
The GLB download contains the complete house at its assembled dimensions, with named basement, floor, stair and roof groups. Furniture and colours show the proposed furnishing concept. Product selection and structural details remain unspecified.
